Proceeds to Benefit Japan Relief Efforts

On March 11, 2011, a destructive 9.0 earthquake struck the Tohoku region of Japan, triggering an equally damaging tsunami. Lives and homes were lost in little time. Damages to nuclear power plants only increased the danger following the initial tragedy. Following the devastation, support from around the world began. People united to aid Japan in their time of need. Whether able to donate a little or a lot, so many hearts united to beat as one in perseverance and courage.

The Tohoku earthquake is the largest recorded in Japan’s history. Although no stranger to this type of natural disaster, the amount of damage has been incredible. At JrockRevolution.com, our thoughts, prayers and hope for the future have been with Japan. With the release of our charity t-shirt, we hope to give back to both sides, something we’ve been eagerly awaiting to do.

“We’ve wanted to do something that benefits both Japan and the fans who want to contribute tho those efforts,” explained Jon Platt, owner and founder of the JrockRevolution.com website. “Whether it be through our t-shirt sales or bringing awareness to other worthy charity efforts, we’ll continue doing what we can to help.”

All proceeds of the “Hope for the Future” t-shirt sales will directly benefit Japan relief efforts through the Red Cross Society or other designated charities. In addition to this, JrockRevolution.com has pledged 25% of all sales from our online store are also being donated to charity. Wear the revolution – wear your support!
