On June 6, JRR 2.0 Beta meets its upgrade: JRR 2.1.
School’s out, summer is knocking on the door, and it’s a hot season for Jrock fans with big conventions and big shows ahead. The second year of the Revolution has just begun.
JRR is pumped and ready, and so we can make the most of the coming summer months, JRR 2.0 Beta is about to meet its upgrade: JRR 2.1.
JRR 1.0 was a single-blog-style page that became antiquated not long after it served its original use for our festival. Thanks to your response to where we went from then, the site exploded and rapidly outgrew 1.0. It was time for a change.
The 2.0 concept one was a simple one: Structure JRR.com so that you, the reader, can find what you want with ease.
2.0‘s structural reorganization and snazzy face lift was met with applause. However, you may have noticed that while you could find articles easily, the media that the Jrock world demands seemed to have partially vanished in a puff of smoke. Imagine the sound of one hand clapping.
Hence the team went back into the virtual bunker to address development problems, rework 2.0 and deliver to you a better version.
We’re pleased to bring you, one week from today, a more evolved version of 2.0. The countdown to 2.1 begins this weekend, and we’ll use site news updates to give you a heads-up of what to expect. Exciting new opportunities from JRR are definitely heading your way!
Happy New Year of the Revolution.
