LOS ANGELES, CA (May 16, 2009)— International Pop Conspiracy (IPC) proudly announces Tune in Tokyo’s International Pop Night On Thursday, May 21st, 2009. Join Greg Hignight, DJ Tora, DJ Del, DJ Ally, and DJ Yuki as they spin the best in J-Pop, J-Rock, Neo-Soul, J-Urban, Eurobeat, and dance pop from around world! In addition to the best in Japanese dance music, our DJs will be spinning K-Pop, Canto-Pop, French Pop, Alternativo, and more for this special night! Visual Kei, Lolita, Gyaru, Cosplay, and all Japanese fashion is encouraged!

Tune in Tokyo is held every third Thursday of the month at Matsumoto’s 2nd Street Jazz in Little Tokyo. Known for its band showcases like Judo Chop, 2nd Street Jazz is the premier destination in the Little Tokyo area for music fans. The venue has been hosting memorable live performances for years, and has recently seen acts like Thee Out Mods, Nirf and Emi Kasai Band.

2nd Street Jazz is located at the corner of 2nd Street and Central in Los Angeles. There is a $10 cover for 18 and up, $5 cover for 21 and up. Only attendees over 18 will be admitted.
