existtrace to perform at Sakura-Con 2011; “TWIN GATE” USA CD release announced

October 20, 2010 –  Japanese all-female visual kei rock band existtrace will make their North American debut at Sakura-Con 2011. The band will perform a live concert and attend autograph and Q&A sessions for fans during Sakura-Con’s three-day event in Seattle, WA on April 22-24, 2011.

JapanFiles will release existtrace’s new album TWIN GATE on December 15, 2010, just 6 weeks after the CD’s Japanese release. TWIN GATE features 10 tracks, including “VANGUARD” and “RESONANCE”. The USA CD release contains the complete Japanese booklet and artwork.

existtrace PROFILE

existtrace is Japan’s first all-female Visual Kei rock band. Formed in 2003, the members of existtrace are Jyou (vocals), Miko (guitar), Mally (drums), Naoto (bass), Omi (guitar).

Along with multiple tours of Japan , existtrace has performed twice in Europe, making appearances in Berlin, Helsinki, Moscow, Paris, London, and Barcelona. In 2009, the band performed at the 2-day V-ROCK FESTIVAL in Chiba, Japan. In November 2010, existtrace will release their new album “TWIN GATE” in Japan.

existtrace’s performance at Sakura-Con 2011 will mark their first-ever USA appearance.
