Wizard released their first major album 'Magic of the Seed' on July 22nd!  The first press limited edition is 3,500 yen and comes with a DVD with the R-LAYZER PV and the regular edition is 3,000 yen and comes with the bonus track 純恋華 (Junrenka).  You can check out a clip of the PV on their official site!

May 16th brought Gilltia’s second single, 雪月花 (Setsugekka)!  The single includes two songs as well as a DVD containing a live version of the second track.

The regular edition is available for 1,050 yen, and this edition's first press includes a 12-page photo booklet, a cell phone photo frame, and one random picture CD label design of three. 12012's new single 'Hallelujah' was another of the February 18th releases and is available in three versions. The limited edition type A, priced at 1,500 yen, comes with a bonus DVD with the 'Hallelujah' music video. The limited edition type B, priced at 1,200 yen, comes with an additional track, 'SIREN.' The regular edition, priced at 1,000, comes with an instrumental version of the title track. All versions include the title track and the song 'BURNING.'

Usually, you would expect a band to wait until they had more songs to their name before releasing a live DVD, right? Well, VAMPS isn’t going to wait! Gackt's latest single, GHOST, was released on January 21st! The title track is notably featured in the Japanese television presentation of the series 'Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles.' Kuroyume has officially disbanded as of their January 29th reunion but Kiyoharu didn’t let everything finish without a personal homage to the band’s past! The day before the band’s final live, he released a tribute album, Medley. There are four different versions of the album—yes, four—and each includes eleven of the band’s tracks that Kiyoharu covered on his own.

The first two versions are the usual regular edition and limited edition. The regular edition itself contains two discs, the second holding karaoke versions of all the tracks on disc one. The limited edition has the same eleven songs but instead of a second disc, it contains a DVD with the promotional video for the song Maria. The other two versions contain the eleven songs and karaoke disc as well as a T-shirt—one version has a medium sized shirt while the other has a small.

On December 24th, Phantasmagoria put out three separate releases. First was the release of their Phantasmagoria LAST SPECIAL DVD「forbidden -INSANITY of the UNDERWORLD-」

For 11,550 yen [pricey but worth it], you can get this DVD which contains two discs.  The first disc contains the live footage of their August 31st live at the Tokyo Shibuya-AX live in 2008. The bonus disc includes various live performances from other concerts.

In addition to the live DVD, the maxi-single Vanish… was also released on Christmas eve. Before its release date, it was originally only available to those who attended the August 31st live. The Vanish… maxi-single is available for 1,050 yen and contains the normal version of the song as well as an instrumental and also includes one of five “trading stickers”.

Third was the DVD BOX 'HISTORY of Phantasmagoria 2004~2008', a set of three discs chock full of live footage from 2004 to 2008 as well as a bonus video of the Vanish... promotion clip.  It is currently only available through online order at either http://www.banz.jp/ or http://www.cure-shop.jp/ and if you order through one of them you get a PRESENT DISC containing more live videos and off shots.  This DVD BOX will also be avilable at the KISAKI Secret Party on 1/10 and then starting 1/14 it will be avilable in all CD shops.  This hefty release is 16,000 yen but well worth it!

As if the upcoming release of the PS Company 10^th Anniversary live DVD isn’t enough reason for the fans to be excited, on December 24^th PSC released a reissue of the previously sold out 2005 Peace & Smile Carnival tour live DVD!

For 4725 yen (including tax), the Peace & Smile Carnival tour 2005 ～皆そろって笑顔でファッキュー[Minna Sorotte Egao de Fuck You] rerelease contains all of the concert footage from the original DVD, featuring alice nine., Kagrra,, Kra, Miyavi and the GazettE. Kaya's second major single, 'Last Snow' was yet another of the several Christmas Eve releases.

The new single is available in two editions. The limited edition, priced at 1,800 yen, includes a DVD with digest live footage from Kaya's The Glittering World tour final. The regular edition, priced at 1,300 yen, includes an additional trance track, Perverse rendezvous.  Both editions contain the ballad title track, 薔薇色の日々, and an instrumental version of Last Snow.

If you can't decide which version to get, get both!

INORAN's new instrumental album 'Shadow' was yet another Christmas Eve release which features music that was used in the movie "asymmetry" and special guest artist from Taiwan NAI-WENYANG. It's priced at 2,000 yen and includes the following tracklist:

Another release for Christmas Eve was Plastic Tree's new DVD 'Merry Go Around The World'!

The DVD includes footage from their tours in 2008 including their performance at the FORMOZ FESTIVAL and their world tour.

The first press limited edition, which is 10,000 yen and limited to 3000 copies, comes with an original tshirt, and two discs of live footage.  The regular edition, which is 7000 yen, comes with the two discs of live footage which has 4 different songs than the first press limited edition and one more song that's the same to make a total of 5, and a video commentary of their Taiwan performance at the FORMOZ FESTIVAL 2008.

I know if I was a Plastic Tree fan I would be crazy not to get both versions!

MUCC's new DVD 'MUCC～ライヴ　クロニカル２～' is only one of many releases that released on Christmas Eve!

Sadie released their new maxi single 'Ice Romancer' on the 17th!

The first press limited edition, which is 2,310 yen, comes with the tracks IceRomancer, marionette, サイケデリックケミカルムービー (Psychadelic Chemical Movie), and a DVD with the IceRomancer PV.

The regular edition, which is 1,890 yen, comes with different cover art, the same tracks as the first press limited edition as well as another track called Recall.

 D=OUT released their new single '明星オリオン' (Myoujou Orion) today!

The single is available in three types, both of the first press limited edition being 1,890 yen and the regular edition being 1,575 yen.  The Type A first press limited edition includes the tracks 明星オリオン and Syrup and a bonus DVD containing the 明星オリオン PV and making.  The Type B first press limited edition includes the same tracks and a DVD containing a live digest from their 8/22 performance at Toshia Koukaido.  And the Type C, which is the regular version, includes a third track called 獄 (Goku) and bonus jacket for the CD that is changeable.

摩天楼オペラ will be releasing their 4th maxi single 'LAST SCENE' on December 17th!

This single is the first release with the collective works of keyboardist Ayame and guitarist Anzi. for 1,575 yen you can get the single that comes with the tracks Last Game, ダチェラ (Dachera), and 天上への架け橋を (Tenjou e no Kakehashi o).

And different stores have different bonuses!  Of the two stores that ship overseas, Brand X gives you a comment DVD and Closet Child gives you a postcard!

I'm definitely looking forward to this!

 BUCK-TICK will be releasing their single 'HEAVEN' on the 17th!

Both the first press limited edition and regular edition contain the tracks HEAVEN and 真っ赤な夜 (Makka na Yoru).  For 1,890 yen you can get the first press limited edition which comes in a special book case, includes a DVD of the HEAVEN PV and making, and a photo book.  For 1,050 yen you can get the regular edition which has just the single and a different cover image.

If you purchase both 'HEAVEN' and the band's following single 'GALAXY', you can apply to win a ticket to attend a premium live that will happen in the beginning of 2009 or a BUCK-TICK original clear file (a clear file is a folder)!  I'm not sure if this applies to people outside of Japan though...but it couldn't hurt to try!

alice nine. is going to release their new single 'CROSS GAME' next Wednesday on the 10th!

Another release that's available today is Nightmare's new single 'NAKED LOVE' of which the title track is the ending theme for the anime Mouryou no Hako!

The second of the two first press limited editions comes with a DVD of the MAD BLACK MACHINE PV and a Mouryou no Hako trading card.  This version is also 1,500 yen.

The regular edition, like the first press editions, comes with one of six Mouryou no Hako trading cards and a Mouryou no Hako sticker.

All versions include the same track list of NAKED LOVE and MAD BLACK MACHINE.  They also all include a special application to enter into drawings but it looks like only those in Japan can win, sadly.  The different prizes include winning to go to a special event, attend Nightmare rehearsal for their Nightmare 2008 killer show final NIGHT FUCKER concert, and to have a special private talk on the phone with the band on Christmas Eve.  How cool!

hide's new DVD 'ALIVE' will be released tomorrow on the 3rd!

The first press limited edition, which is available for 8,500 yen, includes two discs that contain videos of the final performances of his first solo tour final at Yokohama Arena and the final of his second solo tour at Yoyogi Daiichi Taikukan, both in their entirety.  And to make the experience even more real, the first press limited edition comes with replica tour passes from both tours!

The regular edition, which is 6,500 yen, is the same as the first press limited edition except without the replica passes.

And to go coincide with hide's birthday, there's a special birthday campaign where you can win special items!

The much anticipated new single 'Jesus' from Gackt is releasing this Wednesday on the 3rd!

Technically this single already released on November 26th, but that was limited to his fanclub Dears.  Fortunately the only differences between this regular version and the Dears limited version are the covers and a DVD of the Jesus PV that only comes with the Dears limited version...unless you're one of those people who has to have every piece of a discography, in which case it's off to eBay or Yahoo! Japan Auctions for you!

D'espairsRay's new single 'HORIZON' will be releasing on December 3rd!

The 'HORIZON' first press limited edition, which is available for 1,680 yen, incudes the single CD with the songs HORIZON and a second track which is still untitiled, and a DVD with the HORIZON promotion video.

The regular edition, which is available for 1,260 yen, is just the single CD but with three tracks HORIZON and two other still untitled songs (I'm pretty sure the second track is the same second track from the first press limited edition).

And with each verstion that you buy, you randomly get one of four photocards!

And did you guys know that their HORIZON PV will be the opening them for the Japanese music program MUSIC B.B. for the month of December?

Indies band 音影 (Otokage) released their second single 'asura' today!

The single is 1,050 yen and comes with the two tracks asura and 紅恋 (Kuren).

Acid Black Cherry released their newest single 'ジグソー' (Jigsaw) yesterday on the 26th!

The first press limited edition's CD comes with the two tracks ジグソー and ハーシー [Recreation Track] (Hershey), which is a cover of the band Fish&Chips.  The DVD comes with the ジグソー music clip and an off shot video.  This edition is available for 1,680 yen.

The regular edition simply comes with the CD, but if you get one of the press press copies, you'll randomly get one of three pictures labels, a twelve page photo booklet, and if you order before December 1st, you'll get a puzzle flash game for your cell phone!  If you order before January 16th, you'll get a picture you can use for your cell phone background!  This version of the single is 1,050 yen.  You can see screenshots of the puzzle game on the official website.

I would be careful, since the game is in Japanese and it might not even be able to be downloaded on non-Japanese phones!

Another release for the 26th is Merry's 9th single '冬のカスタネット' (Fuyu no Castanet).  The Christmas themed single comes in three types:

Type A (1,260 yen) is the regular edition which contains the three tracks:  冬のカスタネット, montage, and 哀しみブルートレイん (爆裂羊団 6mm ver.) (Kanashimi Blue Train Bakuretsu Hitsuji Dan 6mm ver.).

Type B (1,890 yen) is one of two first press limited editions and includes the first two tracks from the regular edition and a DVD with a digest video of the MERRY SONIC 08 Retrock Festival -BATTLE TRIANGLE-.

Type C (1,890 yen) is the second first press limited edition and the tracklist consists of the same first two tracks and comes with a DVD of the music video, the making of the music video, and a voiceless short movie ver. of the music video.

 U.S. veteran Duel Jewel will be releasing their new album 'グラスフィア' (Glassfia) this Wednesday on the 26th!

The album is available in two versions, both with different covers.  The first press limited edition includes the album with 10 tracks (no tracklist available yet sadly!) and a DVD with their new 'against' PV, all for 3300 yen.  The regular edition is 3000 yen and doesn't come with a DVD but does include an 11th track that is not included in the limited edition.  Don't you hate when that happens??

Another single that came out on the 19th was UVERworld's new single '儚くも永久のカナシ' (Hakanaku mo Eikyuu no Kanashi'!  It released in three types so here's the breakdown.

The first press limited edition includes the three tracks 儚くも永久のカナシ (Hakanaku mo Eikyuu no Kanashi), 体温 (Taion), ハルジオン (Harujion), and a DVD with videos from their PROGLUTION TOUR 2008.  This edition is 1,529 yen.

And since the title track is the opening theme for the anime Mobile Suit Gundam 00, there is a Gundam version of the single!  It contains the first three tracks from the limited edition version, a fourth track which is the opening theme version of 儚くも永久のカナシ, all within a special Gundam CD jacket.  This version is only available until the end of December, so if you're a fan of both the band and the anime, make sure to get your copy (it's only 1,300 yen!)!

And last but not least is the regular version which just has the three tracks but is available for the cheaper price of 1,223 yen.

A few days late but Poitrine released their latest single '夢見る森のパスポート' (Yumemiru Mori no Passport) on Wednesday the 19th!

The single includes the three tracks Ge Together, 毒りんご中毒 (Doku Ringo Chuudoku), and シクリッド領域 (Cichlid Ryouiki) and is available for 1,575 yen.  Different Japanese stores have different first press goods, so if you're planning to use a shopping service, make sure to choose the goods you want!  Also Poitrine will be going on an instore event tour, so if you're in Japan don't miss them!

Due to popular demand, Phantasmagoria reissued and released today their memorial photobook 'Dejavu ~Sanctuary of Revival~' and new album 'Past New Phase'!

All the contents are the same as the first issuing of the photobook which includes a special CD, DVD, and of course the photobook which contains detailed pictures of their costumes and more.

And those of you who missed getting the 'Tribute to Phantasmagoria' album, here's your chance!

Another release coming our way tomorrow on the 19th is Megaromania's new maxi single 'Transparent Shine'!

The songs for the single were written especially for the band by KISAKI himself.  It is available in two types which include two different songs.  Type A's tracklist includes Transparent Shine and In Universe -魂の邂逅- (Tamashi no Kaikou) while Type B's second track is Cardinal Sin.  This single can be bought for 1,365 yen but it's limited to only 3000 copies so if you haven't preordered your copy yet, go!

Sorry for the bit of lag here, but chariots released their newest maxi single 'トリガー' (Trigger) last week on the 12th!

There is are two types that include the same first track, トリガー (Trigger), but the second tracks for Type A and B are different.  Type A's second track is Nefarious Punisher and Type B's second track is ...Over and done with.  The single is available for 1,260 yen but is limited to 5000 copies, so I hope you preordered your copies!

RENTRER EN SOI will be releasing their best, and most likely last, album AIN SOPH AUR tomorrow on the 19th.  I curiously looked up the meaning of the album title and have discovered it to be Hebrew for 'infinite light'.  The album will contain two discs (SIDE OF MICHAEL and SIDE OF SATAN) and the following tracklist which includes two new songs:

 The album is 3,675 yen but you get two CDs worth of RENTRER EN SOI's history so I definitely think it's worth it.  It is saddening to know that this is the last release that the band will ever release, so those of you who are able to go see any part of their last one-man tour, give them all you got!

 For the many GazettE fans out there, tomorrow is finally the day for the release of their newest single 'LEECH.'  

'LEECH' will be released in two versions: Optical Impression and Auditory Impression.

Optical Impression is 1785 yen and will include a CD with the tracks LEECH and DISTORTED DAYTIME and a DVD with the music clip DVD version for LEECH.  Auditory Impression is 1260 yen and won't come with the DVD but will have different cover art as well as a third track called HOLE.

 Another release coming out tomorrow on the 5th is Suicide Ali's new and first maxi single 'Tadashi Mahou no Tsukurikata'.  It contains the tracks Tadashi Mahou no Tsukurikata, Binzume no Doutai, and Ningen no Kaname.  For 1,500 yen you can get those three songs as well as an 8-page booklet and a picture label.  It's limited to only 1000 so make sure you get your copy fast.  You can do that by ordering it from the Darkest Labyrinth online shop or CD baby or Tainted Reality (when it updates the online store!).  Stores in Japan will have various goodies for people who get the CD so if you're a hardcore fan, check out their official site for what you want!

 Is this a new post I see??  Why yes it is!  After an unexpected hibernation, the New Release Buzz is back in business, and we have lot of stuff coming our way!

We have a few releases coming out tomorrow!  One includes heidi.'s new single 'Orange Drama'.  The limited edition will be sold as a digipak, includes a DVD, and contains the tracks Orange Drama and Flashback.  That is available for 1,600 yen.  The regular edition is 1,200 yen and doesn't come in a digipak or with a DVD, but has a third track Play.  It also looks like the band will be going around Japan to do in store events to promote the single, so if you're currently in Japan, check out the schedule on their official website and check them out!

Nightmare has a new single coming out Wednesday September 17th!

It's called 'Lost in Blue' and will be released in three types:  two first press limited edition and one regular edition, each with their own cover art.  The first first press limited edition will include the two tracks Lost in Blue and Kaikou Catharsis as well as a DVD with the Lost in Blue PV for 1,500 yen.  The second first press limited edition will include the same tracks but will include a DVD of the Kaikou Catharsis PV, also for 1,500 yen.  And the regular edition will include just the CD with the two tracks for a cheaper 1,200 yen.

Wow! Kra has so many upcoming releases this time around! They will be releasing a new single titled, "Amaoto wa Shopan no Shirabe", which will be released on October 8, the same day Kra's first PV collection DVD, "Kraction" will come out.  The PV clips extend all the way back to the very first promotional video Kra has ever filmed, to even their upcoming single!  I know I'll be pre-ordering my copies of these, will you?

Lastly, Kra will be releasing their first photobook, "Kera no Kanata", releasing on September 11. That date will be Kra's seventh anniversary, way to go!

We know this isn't exactly jrock, but we want to support our good friends Tainted Reality.  GPKISM will be releasing a new maxi single!  The title is 'Illuminatum' and will include four tracks.  Online pre-sale starts September 3rd and the release will hit stores September 17th.  Make sure to get this quick because it'll be limited to 666 (hehe) copies!

JRR veteran, D'espairsRay will be releasing another single, titled "KAMIKAZE", on August 6. This single has two versions: a limited press edition that will contain a DVD featuring 5 songs that were played in D'espairsRay's set at the ROCKSTAR Taste of Chaos tour from the Long Beach Arena, as well as a randomly selected photocard of the members! We mentioned a while back that Kagrra, will be releasing a new single on September 10, but we now bring you updates!

This three-track single, titled "Uzu" will have three songs that will be theme and feature songs! The title song of the single, 'Uzu' will be the theme song to a horror movie titled, "Hitori Kakurenbo", as well as their song, 'Hoozuki' will be the theme song for a drama special (A ghost story).  The last track of the single, 'Shichgatsu Tsuitachi', which was also on their "CORE" album, will be featured in a drama titled, "Cat Street".  This drama is based on a manga, created by Yoko Kamio, noted for her popular manga series, "Hana Yori Dango" or "Boys Over Flowers".

Again, it will release on September 10, with a limited press edition that will contain a DVD, a promotional video of the title song "Uzu".  Their regular press edition will not have the DVD, but will contain a fourth new song that is currently untitled.  Hurry and preorder your copy before it's sold out!

One month later the band will be releasing their new single 'RAINBOWS' on August 6th!  The single will be released in two limited edition types for 1,890 yen and one regular edition type for 1,260 yen.  Type A includes the two tracks 'RAINBOWS' and 'Strawberry Fuzz' and a 40 page booklet, all packaged together with a special sleeve case.  Type B includes the same two tracks and a DVD with the 'RAINBOWS' PV.  And the regular edition includes the same two tracks plus a bonus track titled 'Kochouran'.   Which type will you guys choose to buy?

This isn't a release, but I thought it would be interesting to share!

As some of you might know, last year on NHK's program 'MUSIC JAPAN', they had a special show featuring visual kei acts!  And they're having another edition this year!

The performing guest artists are:  An Cafe, alice nine., LM.C, the GazettE, D, Nightmare, Plastic Tree, and MUCC!

The show date is July 14th!  Hope you guys have satellite tv or a friend in Japan to record the show for you! 

Ayabie's new single 'Mikajiki no Kiseki' is coming next Wednesday on the 25th (same day as Sadie's album)!  This one's coming at you in three types.  Type A includes the single with two tracks 'Mikajiki no Kiseki' and 'Digital Neverland' and the 'Mikajiki no Kiseki' PV, Type B includes the same two tracks plus the third track 'Hare no Hi', and Type C includes the same first two tracks and the third track 'Hinageshi'.  And get this!  Each type has SIX changeable jackets!  Wow!  I've never seen that for a release before!

You can get Type A for 1,890 yen and Type B and C for 1,575 yen.  I'm sure you hardcore fans will try to get one of each type!

And those of you who will be seeing Ayabie on their U.S. tour might get lucky and hear a song or two from this single!

Next Wednesday on the 25th, Sadie will be releasing their first selection album 'SADIE ~UNDEAD13+2~'!  It includes songs like 'Meisai' and tracks from 'GRUDGE OF SORROW' and 'a holy terrors' for a track list of 13 songs plus 2 never released songs and a promotion DVD with 4 songs!  You can get this collector's item for 3,990 yen!

In addition, Sadie will be releasing their sixth maxi single on July 23rd!  'Grieving the dead soul' will be released in two types.  One type will include single with three tracks and PV DVD for 2,310 yen and the other type will be the single with four tracks for 1,890 yen.

Add these to your summer releases list! 

Wait...Kaya already released an album called 'GLITTER'...but this is different! Kaya is going to release an indies best album and decided to name it 'GLITTER' like his album! Yeah, it's kind of confusing.

It's going to release on July 16th (same day as Sugar's single!) and will be released in two editions! The regular edition will have 11 songs that include remixed and rearranged tracks from all his previous solo releases and a remixed version of 'Kasha' called 'Kasha - shining flowers -' and a new never released song 'Epicurean'! The limited edition will include the additional track 'funerary dream' which was from the 'another cell' album that Kaya produced with previous Schwarz Stein member Hora! Not to mention the cover will feature the rare boy style Kaya! But we all love the cute girl style Kaya too, which he will grace the cover of the regular edition of the album with. This album is certainly on my wish list!  You can get the regular edition for 3,000 yen and he limited edition for 3,200 yen!

And it looks like Kaya's releasing a DVD called 'Salon de Chocolat' too!  It'll include a recording of Kaya's major debut one man live 'Salon de Chocolat' and the music clip of 'Chocolat'!  Looks like it might be the full version!  This is definitely on my wish list too!  Details for the DVD will be included in the 'GLITTER' album!

For those who haven't heard already, L'Arc-en-Ciel are going to release their new single 'NEXUS 4 / SHINE' on August 27th! Same as MUCC's single and 176BIZ's album! It's interesting how releases tend to all come out on the same day...

Anyway, it will sell for 1,020 yen and will be a double A side single. And something interesting is that 'NEXUS 4' is the song they use for the SUBARU Legacy commercial! That's, of course, in Japan. But wouldn't it be cool if it was worldwide? Then everyone could hear how awesome L'Arc-en-Ciel is! In addition, 'SHINE' is the opening theme for the NHK broadcast anime 'Seirei no Moribito'! Are any of you watching that series?

176BIZ has announced a new album!  It's currently untitled and is going to be released on August 27th!  Same as MUCC's single!  And you can get the regular edition for 3,150 yen and the first press limited edition for 3,675 yen.  The regular edition will include 10 songs and 2 bonus tracks while the first press limited edition will include the same 10 songs and a DVD with a PV and its off shot footage!

Save up if you want to get both this and MUCC's single!

Sugar has a new maxi single coming out this Wednesday!  For 1,575 yen you can get their first unplugged maxi single which will include the tracks 'antlion,' 'Jakou Tadayou Naka de,' and 'Danshou to Kuroneko (antlion version).'  They actually started selling this single at their lives on June 5th at their HOLIDAY SHINJUKU live!

And they have another single coming out a month later!  'ruddy afterglow' is due to drop July 16th and will have a first press limited edition and regular edition.  The track listing for both will have 'afterglow' and 'Kanashimi ni Nemuru Hidamari.'  The regular edition will include a live recording of the song 'Ridicule' for 1,260 yen and the first press limited edition will include the third track 'voiceless' and its PV 1,890 yen.  Plus they have different covers! 

They plan to start selling this single early at their live at Takadanobaba AREA on July 12th, so if you're in Tokyo at that time, make sure to pick it up!

12012 has just announced a new maxi single to release August 20th!  It's called 'Taiyou' and will be sold in three types.  First press Type A includes the tracks 'Taiyou' and 'KAREIDOSCOPE' (yeah...) and a DVD with the 'Taiyou' PV for 1,500 yen.  First press Type B includes the three tracks 'Taiyou,' 'KAREIDOSCOPE,' and 'Hello,seventeen' for 1,200 yen.  And the regular edition includes the same first two tracks and a third track of 'butterfly LIVE at AKASAKA BLITZ LIVE VERSION).'

 Hope you guys have enough money saved for all three versions!

For those of you who haven't heard, HYDE has a new project!  It's called VAMPS and features the vocal and guitar talents of Mr. 'Kei' himself and his support guitarist, otherwise known as guitarist of OBLIVION DUST, K.A.Z. 

 Their first single "LOVE ADDICT" is due to drop on July 2nd!  You can get the the regular edition for 1,000 yen or you can get the first press limited edition which includes a DVD of the "LOVE ADDICT" PV and the making of the PV video, all in a nifty digipack CD case for 1,500 yen!

Dir en grey has announced the release date of a new single!  'GLASS SKIN' is set to release September 10th!

The release date is also the first day of their THE ROSE TRIMS AGAIN tour!  The tour spans from September 10th to October 12th all over Japan! 

D is coming out with their second major single!  There's no title yet but the release date will be August 13th!  It'll be released in the typical ABC types style.  Type A is first press limited edition and includes a DVD for 1,890 yen, Type B is the first press limited edition without the DVD for 1,050 yen, and Type C is the regular edition for the same price.

All releases will come with an included postcard!  And it looks like different stores will have different special privileges for pre-orders, so hunt down the one you want!

HEAD PHONES PRESIDENT will be releasing a new live DVD this October!  The title and other details have yet to be decided, but it will be a 2 DVD set including a recording of their upcoming live on July 13th at Club Citta in Kawasaki!  This will be their second live DVD to date, so make sure to pick it up! 

And a cool tidbit of info, just the other day on the 9th, HPP was the opening act for a show presented by MUCC!  How awesome is that!  And good news for you folks 'down under!'  HPP will be touring in Australia at the end of this month!  Don't miss them!

A new single from TMR is coming our way this Wednesday on the 11th! Apparently after almost 3 years! It's called "resonance" and the title track is the theme to the anime "Soul Eater." Do any of you watch that? I've never heard of it...

Anyhow, for almost $10 you can get the regular edition and for about $14 you can get the limited edition which includes a DVD of the PV for "resonance," a special sticker, and special CD jacket. And check this out! For less than $20 you can get the limited edition with Blu-ray!! Wow! Looks like Blu-ray is starting to take over!

Get ready for another release, cause Kra is coming out with a LIVE DVD, titled, "Yaon Biraki Dayo Zenin Shugo!!", filmed from their oneman concert on 2008.4.5 at Hibiya Yaon. It will be released on July 23rd, and is 6,090 yen, which is roughly under $60.  Be sure to get a copy before it's all sold out!!
